The Website is operated by Activa Derma, registered in Bulgaria (“Activa Derma,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing the Website, creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you should not use the Website or place an order.
- Professional and Business Customers
Activa Derma is primarily a wholesale supplier of aesthetic, cosmetic and related professional products.
Certain products offered through the Website are intended exclusively for use by qualified, trained or licensed healthcare or aesthetic professionals.
By purchasing such products, you represent and warrant that:
- you are purchasing in connection with a legitimate business, clinic, healthcare practice or professional activity;
- where required, you or the person administering or using the products has the qualifications, licences, training and authorisations required by applicable law;
- you will use and store the products in accordance with manufacturer instructions and applicable regulations; and
- you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, import, resell and/or use the products in the jurisdiction in which they will be delivered or used.
Activa Derma reserves the right to request evidence of professional or business status and may refuse or cancel an order if appropriate verification cannot be provided.

- Inspection Upon Delivery

Any visible damage, missing items, incorrect products or other discrepancies should be reported to us as soon as reasonably possible and in accordance with our Returns & Refund Policy.
We may require photographs of the parcel, shipping label, packaging and products when investigating a claim.
Customers should retain all packaging until a claim has been resolved.
- Returns and Refunds
Returns, refunds, damaged products and incorrect shipments are governed by our Returns & Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Because many products sold by Activa Derma are sterile, sealed, injectable, temperature-sensitive, hygiene-sensitive or intended for professional treatment, additional return restrictions may apply.
- Product Storage and Handling
Following delivery, the customer is responsible for appropriate handling, transportation and storage of products.
Products must be stored in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions, including any applicable temperature, light, humidity or other storage requirements.
Activa Derma is not responsible for deterioration or damage resulting from improper handling or storage after delivery.
- Resale
Customers who resell products are solely responsible for ensuring compliance with all laws applicable to resale, marketing, labelling, traceability, professional supply and distribution in their jurisdiction.
Nothing in these Terms grants the customer any intellectual property or distribution rights belonging to a manufacturer or brand owner.
